Booking & Reservations

How do I book a villa?

Browse our collection, choose your dates, and book directly through our website. You’ll receive a confirmation within a few hours. If you’d prefer to talk it through first, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you find the right villa.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each villa has its own cancellation terms, which are shown clearly during booking. Generally, cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in receive a full refund. For anything closer, reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers through our secure payment system powered by Xendit. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Is there a minimum stay?

Most villas have a minimum stay of 2 nights. During peak seasons (July-August and December-January), some properties require 3-5 night minimums. Check the villa page for specifics.


Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged depending on availability. Just let us know in advance.

Is airport transfer included?

Airport transfers are available as an add-on service. Our driver will be waiting for you by name at Ngurah Rai International Airport. Just share your flight details and we’ll handle the rest.

What services are available during my stay?

Our devoted team can arrange floating breakfast, in-house spa treatments, BBQ setups, scooter rentals, private car with driver, celebrations and decorations, and much more. Everything is just a message away.

Is there someone available if I need help?

Always. Our team is available around the clock. During the day, on-ground staff are at the villa. Outside of those hours, our concierge team is reachable by WhatsApp or phone. Someone’s always here.


The Villas

How are the villas selected?

Every villa in our collection is chosen by a trained architectural eye. We look at design, character, location, and the quality of the living experience. Not every villa makes the cut. That’s the point.

Are the villas private?

Yes. Every SANTAI STAYS villa is a private property. You won’t share the pool, garden, or living spaces with anyone else. The villa is yours for the duration of your stay.

Is the villa suitable for families with children?

Many of our villas welcome families. Pool fencing and child-friendly amenities can be arranged on request. Check each villa’s details or ask us and we’ll recommend the best fit for your family.


Getting Here

Where in Bali are the villas located?

Our villas are located across some of the island’s most sought-after areas including Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding regions. Each villa page shows the exact location on a map.

Do I need a visa to visit Bali?

Many nationalities can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at Ngurah Rai Airport for stays up to 30 days. This can be extended once for another 30 days. Check with your local Indonesian embassy for the latest requirements.

What’s the best time to visit Bali?

Bali is beautiful year-round. The dry season (April-October) offers the most consistent weather. The wet season (November-March) brings occasional afternoon showers but also lush green landscapes and fewer crowds. Every season has its own character.
